SPORT NGIN Setup

  • Website Setup Consulting

    Your NGIN account executive will share their extensive online knowledge with you, and assist you in a smooth website transition. If you have a sports organization website question, we have the answer.

  • Sport Customization

    We'll customize your NGIN with sport functionality that matches your organization's needs. Choose a single sport, or select multiple sports and manage teams playing different sports within a single NGIN.

  • Template Customization

    Our team of graphic designers can match your organization's colors and build website graphics with your primary, secondary and accent choices.

  • Custom Graphic Design

    We are design experts in the field of sports website identity. Provide us with your design suggestions, your logo and a photo or two, and we will produce show stopping branding that your members will be proud of.

  • Fluid Website Layout Setup

    Control content layout columns on each page. Easily adjust layout settings as your content display needs change. Control over layouts and columns on a page-by-page basis. An ad placement will continue to reside on the website, but the user can now control the layout of the content.

  • Google Analytics Installation

    We have built a direct compatibility with Google Analytics. Once installed, you'll be able to track website visitor statistics and trends, learn more about where your visitors come from and how they interact with your site.

  • Custom Domain Email Setup

    When you choose to add custom domain email to your website package, we'll configure your domain on the Gmail platform. You'll have the ability to create up to 50 addresses @yourdomain. The best part: there are no additional fees at that level.

  • Advertising Revenue Sharing

    The SPORT NGIN advertising network actively seeks quality, relevant advertising partners for our sites. A certain percentage of all advertising revenues are shared with our network sites. Additionally, partner sites have the ability to request what ads run on their site. An organization can opt-out of our advertising network for an additional $10/month.

  • Complete Training Session

    When the your NGIN setup is complete, your account executive will provide you (and any other organization webmasters) with a 60 minute personal training session that will leave you completely comfortable managing your new site.

Full Website Data Migration

Your NGIN account executive will provide you with up to 10 hours of data migration by moving your old website content to your new NGIN website. Your account executive will also build your navigation system and generally make your website transition period as seamless as possible.

"Dibs" Volunteer Tool Setup

Manage your volunteers with ease. Assign and claim responsibility using the "Dibs Tool." Site members claim responsibility for items, complete claimed obligations, and fulfill set requirements.

Add new services and setup new features at any time. All services and feature setup fees are "one time fees." Once your SPORT NGIN has been configured, your only cost will be the annual hosting fee.

Online Registration

The NGIN online registration system is a tremendously powerful tool that includes full online payment options, recurring billing, user payment plans, powerful database reporting, built-in communication tools and more.

Every SPORT NGIN comes complete with online registration functionality built right in.

There is a $100 setup fee associated with online registration sessions and an additional "per transaction" fee for the service, so be sure to talk to your NGIN account executive for the complete financial details.

If your organization is offering multiple registration sessions (player, team, clinics, etc.), the Multi-Registration Setup Package is for you. In lieu of our $100 setup fee for each individual registration session, bundle the service and save. For $700 our registration consultants will build up to 12 sessions for your organization. This value includes registration consulting, session construction, review, training and a savings of $500.
